New generation automatic machine for seaming all can shapes: square , oval, rectangular, pear shape, round etc. of tinplate, aluminum or "composite". Accepting cans with a maximum diagonal of 160 mm and widths between 44 and 110 mm (more in some cases). Can heights from 15 to 275 mm, or higher on special request. Up to 100 cans per minute maxi. capacity, depending on can type, shape, quality and product inside, to be confirmed each time. Easy to adjust and surprising the quality and stability of the seam achieved. Minimum product spillage.
A) Rotary clincher with 6 clinching stations to separate, fed, center, push down the product and clinch each cover on its can. Accepting up to 20 mm overfilled cans. Rotary lid marker for max. 3 rows x 7 dies.
B) One sturdy UNIMAG balanced seaming head totally made in stainless steel with 4 seaming arms working on independent & adjustable seaming operation cams. "Short cycle" seaming system, with rolls working in opposition, two & two, for a perfect seaming balance. Reinforced seaming levers. ANTI TWIST (pat) system to avoid "can seam twisting". Cans are kept moving all the time, only during seaming motion cans stand still.
All parts in contact with the can & product as many other parts and screws made in stainless steel or protected against corrosion. Under frame and top table covered with same metal sheets. Stainless steel tray below to collect 100% fallen liquids & products. Easy to clean & quick water drainage.
Constant working level. Can counter. Quick can height adjustment, minimum maintenance. Main gears in oil bath. Other gears with centralised lubrication (automatic as option).
One single 3 HP motor. Electronic DC Speed Variator. Control voltage at safety 24 volts.
